• You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
• TMPX™ cannot connect to your PC using AnyDesk
• TMPX™ is unable to complete the service for technical reasons

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session
• You fail to show up at the scheduled time
• You do not provide access (AnyDesk code)
• The optimization session has already begun
• TMPX™ has completed any portion of the work

This policy protects the time and preparation required for your session.
